Who is Chip Andrus?

Chip Andrus grew up in the foothills of the Ozarks in Arkansas playing music of all types. He began playing gospel and bluegrass in his teenage years and developed a love for homegrown blues and folk. Chip played all over the south in the last 20 years sharing venues with all types of performers.
Chip graduated from Henderson University in Arkadelphia, Arkansas with a BA in Music. After great success in the south,
Chip moved to Louisville, Kentucky, received a Master of Divinity degree at Louisville Presbyterian Theological Seminary and went on to become the Associate for Worship for the Presbyterian Church U.S.A., where he offered workshops on worship at the national and regional levels of the PCUSA.
He was director of Alternative Worship at Second Presbyterian Church in Louisville, pastor of Caledonia Presbyterian Church outside Madison, Indiana and adjunct professor of Worship at Louisville Presbyterian Seminary. He also recorded two CD's while in Louisville, Let it Rain Down and It's All Good. Let it Rain Down is in its third printing while It's All Good is available digitally only.

Chip is currently the pastor of First Presbyterian Church in Harrison, Arkansas. He continues to write music and plans on recording his third CD within the next year.
